The Coomb Estate was purchased on a development with extensive planning for flats in the main house and new build cottages and refurbishments in the grounds.

The estate, when purchased, was subdivided into plots and these were sold off to individual developers and private clients.

The Coomb cottages were refurbished to a very high standard and are currently for sale. All the other plots have now been sold and are in the process of being developed thus bringing this Estate back to life and into a thriving community.

This project took some 9 months to complete.
